The picture of the Farmall F-12 says San Antonio, Texas. This is a photo of the back of the photo.

yup looks like a f-12 to me too. By looking at the front bolster it looks to me like part number 2959DX. With the IHC engine this would bracket the machine's serial number between 3035 and 11755. This means it's either a late 1933 or a 1934 machine. With a lot more machines being made in 34. I'm not sure what type of implement is on it, I have only used the #12 mower on mine. Is this a family photo?

It has the droped down steering yes I would say F12.
