Couple of years ago I bought some parts off of M from Campbells Used Parts in Lawrenceburg, TN. (they are on ATIS salvage yard list). This tractor had the 2 hole top but had been converted back to forward travel so reverse rails would not be there. They had couple of low drum cotton pickers on yard and complete kit should still be on them if it has not been sold.

They make them out of aluminum for pullers to lose weight, they may be able to make one with a relocated shifter,, Chad

Check Harold H's posts under Reversing an H at bottom of page. Harold worked at dealer and has access to dealer literature and you will seldom if ever find him wrong. If you are planning on reversing M you will not be able to use reverse top unless it comes with shifter rails. You probaly know this but a lot of them have been converted back to foward operation and reverse rails discarded.
