Very first thing to try - tickle the remote control lever & see if hitch raises as it should. (have the hitch lever in up position). My 656 often won't lift its 3-pt til I move the remote lever. I'm not smart enough to know what priority valve isn't...

Wolf, can I help?

Down by your right heel.

This flow regulator block is leaking by and letting the fluid flow thru the remotes to dump instead of charging up the hitch system first.

When you "tickle" that remote lever, it is jigglin' the valve back into action.

Thanks Allan. You explained that well. And the photo shows that your tractor is much cleaner than mine. Wolfy.
