I"m looking at a 400 gas with good tin, old faded paint, schwartz WFE and tires that are weather checked and holding air. Tractor has 3 remotes and standard drawbar. TA is out. The seller is asking $2300. Seems a little high to me.What should I pay for it?

Our neighbor bought a 400 last fall that runs good has standard drawbar, bad rear tires, no fenders or wheel weights, and a average paint job and give $1100 for it. Justin
