Be sure to get the waterpump mount bracket. This fits between the pump and the block and has the water flowing through it. New pumps will not have that part. Good luck,
JimN

Here's a web site for tractor salvage yards. Someone may have a C-123 engine. Hal
PS: It contains 16 pages.

Go ahead and put one on all you need to add would be the fan belt change to the one used for the SC with water pump radiator cap does not have to be changed nor do you need a thermostat. This has been done several times in this area with belley mowers is a quick fix for a block that probably has partial plugged ports at the bottom of the sleeves. Has also been done on a C.

My C does not have a water pump. I use my BN and my C pretty hard plowing and disking in hot weather and they do not get hot. I do rest them every hour or so and PTO work is probably harder than pull work. Still I don't think you should have a problem unless you are mowing very heavy stuff. Maybe a good flush and refill with 50-50 distilled water and Prestone (green) will help. Be sure to back flush the lower water line real good. If you install a water pump you may need a different radiator cap and I don't remember how the belt that drives the water pump is routed. Dave.

d masters: Any of the water pumps off C-123 engines in SC 100, 200, 130, 230 will bolt right up to the C-113 engine in the A, B, SA or C. They will also match up coupling to the rad.

The problem you may encounter is a thermostat at the top. If you listen to YT discussion that is the hard part, most claim there is not room between top engine port and top rad port. I can't see that being a problem if you use a thermostat like my 130 has. It is inline unit within the top hose, held against top engine port by a pipe type sleeve about 1' long and inside the hose, clamped in place by a 3rd clamp around the hose. I know my SA would have room between top engine port and top rad port to install the same.

You can put a pump on a C. There's a Water Pump
Attachment No. 356933R91 in my IH manual, but its probably been superseded. Hal
