hey guys, i'm a harry ferguson guy but my fatherinlaw has an i/h 240 utility and asked me to give him a hand tuning it up the other day so i ordered points, condenser, rotor , and cap for the thing. when the parts came in nothing fit so i started doing the research and found it had a delco distributor in it and everything i can find suggests it should have an i/h distributor if some tractors came with this dist., does anyone know the p/ns i need to buy for a tuneup?

Might be possible that HF TO 20 tune up parts would be what you need. I know the Delco Dist. in my "M" and TO 20 share the same dist. parts.

yeah, maybe i paid too much, guess it was the convenience, and the fact i needed the parts right away..Where i live there is not much competition for these kinds of parts.

Your local auto parts store should have tuneup parts for your Delco distributor. They would need the model number from the distribuor and if
any part numbers are on the points and condenser.
Post the distributor number and we can check the stores in our areas. Hal
