Has anyone ever rebuilt roto-caps before? The balls probably could be purchased at a hardware, but I don't know if they carry that small of ones. The springs are so small I don't know if you could find something like that. You would think your local CaseIH dealer or Napa could get roto-caps for a 450 but they want to sell you something that won't rotate.

Exhaust valve rotators, if CIH doesn't have them, I would think that a good auto parts store would be able to get them, particularly one with a machine shop, as they have the manuals listing parts for about everything. The term rotocap confused me, until I started looking for it, then it dawned on me what they are.
