I am converting a IH 300U to a two wire alternator. I was wondering if anyone had a wiring digram for doing it?

Thanks,
Roland Jackson

Well maybe I am not calling it the right thing....there is a bolt on the back for ground...one on the back for the Battery wire...and a clip with two pigtails. Could that be called a three wire? I think I know how to wire it...but not sure. I believe one of the pigtail wires is connected to the battery terminal...going to the battery...the other wire...I am not sure of.

Ok thats sounding more like a delco 10SI. If it is you wire like this. The big terminal/battery terminal goes to the battery or hot side of the soliniod. Terminal #1 goes to the switch with a lite or diode in line. And terminal #2 goes to the big terminal on the alternator. Now if its not a delco you need to give more info
