Do the plugs foul and does it use a lot of oil. I wouldnt worry about a little blow by unless you want to spend money on a new engine.

Be sure the draft tube on the side of the engine is open, and the metal strand packing in the top of the tube are not plugged up.

C113 doesn't have a draft tube, that's why it comes out the breather.

My SC does the same thing. I started using 20W50 in it and that helped. The most important thing to look at is the oil level.

A lot of times that means the rings are getting bad. If it doesn't use a lot of oil and or foul out the spark plugs I would probably just keep running it that way. Even if it does use some oil you can buy a lot of oil for the $500-1500 for a rebuild on that engine. Also a heavyer oil will slow that down some. Something like 30W in the winter and a 40 or 50W in the summer
