I plan to buy a carb for my Super A. YTMag has 5 carbs including a new one for $140 and some rebuilt ones for $147. Any advice? Maybe another source?

Do you still have the old original carb? If so you can get a rebuild kit pretty cheap.

If not, a rebuilt Zenith is what I would buy if I needed one. I have had good luck with things I have bought off of the classifieds.

I agree, in my opinion, a rebuilt original will be a much a better carburetor. Most of the aftermarket reproduction stuff is OK, but not as good as the original stuff.

I have been talked into rebuilding one I already have. Is there any problem using a distillate carb on a gasoline run tractor?
