I ordered new sealed type lights for my smta that has the flat back style housing. The new light will not fit in the housing. Parts store can't find any thing either. Anyone know what will work?

I ran into the same thing on a Super C a few years back. I tried lights from everyplace I could find. None fit right. Marks tractors has them that work and fit right but they are a bit pricey. Can't remember what I spent a few years back but I was thinking around $30. Give him a call he will have them. He has an add in Red Power.

I have had two tractors with the flat banck lights and I replaced them with sealed beams from Tractor Supply and they worked fine. The tractors were Farmall 300 and 400 --12 volt. The same sealed beams also come in 6 volt.

I have tried the parts stores and they can't come up with one that will fit. Our farm store only carries a few lights.

I would like to see that!! I tried it on a cheap one from TSC and it shattered when I got close. Maybe you have a watercooled jewlers grinder, but I don"t.
