OK I called IH parts man and tried to get actuator pin with oring on it. he said on the 806 it had oring built on to the pin @ factory but on 1066 they did not have it available as a set from the factory. Either he is not worth his salt or ?????.

The 06's had the o-ring on the little pin. The 66's have a pin with no groove in it and the o-ring in the housing along with a backup washer and a small cup type thing to hold the o-ring and washer in place. If your 1066 had the pin with groove someone changed it over for some reason. The housing with the 4 balls is not the same either.

There is a seiral # break on the 1066's that i had forgot about the earily ones were the same as 06-56 and the later ones used the pin with no O/ring on the pin but installed in the body with the back up ring. Hey i can't be wright 100% of the time i just fixed them as they came.

Michael The o ring is not built on per say. It is so small that it is just about imposable to put on. I have tried it and I don't think ever got on on the piston.
