All, I am excited about going to Mansfield this year but I have never been to a RPRU event before. Aside from what I am sure is a huge showing of tractors and implements can I buy or sell a tractor there? If so what are the rules? Is there a commision? Is there a parts swap meet? We always need more of these. Thanks,
DeWayne

At RPRU in Lebanon in 2005, there were around 100 vendors selling anything from IH parts to complete tractors. The vendors were supposed to be IH only, but there were a few of the flea market type tool and junk people there. I did not see any parts, etc for the other tractor brands. There is a fee for vendors. However, it is common for exhibitor of tractors and equipment to have some tractors or implements for sale. No commission to hang a sign on an exhibitor tractor that I know of. Often the RPRU will have a swap area where you can register parts and up to complete tractors for sale. If you use that area, there will usually be a commission if the item sells.

There will be a parts corral. I will see to it that more information on this gets posted in the near future.
