Kelly Jumping up and down looking like snoopy!!!! She is alive!!! Regular choke did not work. I had to cover the intake of the carb with my hand to get it to draw the gas in. Once I did that she roared to live. A speacial sound if I ever heard one. I have been waiting for 3 years to hear that sound. VArooooom!!!! HEHEHEHE I got to go be back later. want to go for a ride and I have a few more things to do. Here is a photo. Does not look like it but she is running.

"HOPE MINE DOESN'T TAKE AS LONG TO GET BACK UP AND RUNNING. "
Shouldn't take that long. It all depends on how many projects you have and the importance/ interest in getting it done. I maybe spent one day on it every few months or so. Not going to get done quick that way. I bet I could have had it done in a couple weeks if I needed it.

Kelly, I"ve been comming on this site for over 4 years, and it still brings a smile to my face each time you post on the success of another small victory. I know the feeling of hearing one of these darlings run again, especially if the anticipation is such that the outcome is still in doubt. I also know by your posts that some of your projects present challenges that a lot of us would rather not get into. Congrats on getting the 300 up and running. Do show us some more pics as you progress. Having said that, I"m a poor one to talk, as I have taken so few pics of my projects.

Oh, yeah, I can see it's running. The belt on the alternator is blurred. Now if we could just hear it.
