I am looking for a # on the frame rail on a Regular Farmall. Is there another location different from the F-20?

Good Morning Mixman, --- 25 / Jan / 2006 ---

The SERIAL NUMBERS are located in the same places on both "F-20" and "Farmall Regular". A secound place for S#s is on motor rail on the left rail /
top side; Regards, Milton

Milton, I am afraid that your advice is not correct. Cowman has it right. The frame stamped serial numbers were in front of the radiator on the left rail for 1929 and older (thereabouts), and in between the clutch housing and the tranny (like the F-20s) for the later tractors.
