Well I thought all was well with it starting but after two days I"m back to square one. Pulled carb and check it over all was fine, rechecked points and Magneto and again all was fine, plenty of fuel, checked for air leaks, checked wires and plugs, even check compression all within specs. Is there a condenser maybe that I am not seeing in Magneto?

Sure there is but usally the condenser goes flat out more than weak. Its under the coil cap but usally you have to take the mag off to replace it unless your handy then you can carefully take it and back it out and take the bake lite washers out with out brakeing them and it will slide out this side . Are you using solid wires to the plugs? Is your rotor in exact time? Do you have a nice blue spark at the plug wires? JON

Yes on the solid wires and its timed right. Was blue before now orange and small arc.Pulled coil cap off and see the condenser on left side. That looks like fun.Thank you will try it,what are the ohom reading values, does anyone know?

A condensor is open, has no resistance. When testing it with an ohm meter (analog, meter type) the meter will go to near zero resistance then taper off to infinite. If there is continuous resistance after a minute, there is a problem with it. A condensor checking machine is a better option, but newer shops might not know what you are talking about. Replacing it might be easiest. Ohm readings do not "Discover" high voltage leaks, testing on a machine will.

Put your ohm meter on the 20 setting and put one lead on the nub where the coil cap hits and one lead on the lead wire where it hooks to the condenser. It should read 9.6 or higher up to about 12.7 if its non exestance or below those #s replace the coil. Last year my replacement coils were about 12.7 this year they seem to be about 10.7 to 11.2 must be the manufacture has changed the windings or something anything under 10.7 is actually getting weak I guess. I have all parts nessisary for H4s if you need them. JON

MagMan, have no reading on coil. Only reading I got was from lead wire from coil to ground 0.001. Looks like the coil was my problem then. Please contact me as you said you had parts for H-4. Thank you

Make sure there is no moisture under the cap. With it being so warm lattly and cool at night I had some condensation under my Supers C's cap. Would not start. Took it off and left it by the wood stove for a little while. Put it back on and it fired right off. Andrew
