Hows this come off? I removed the bolt and the washer. Is this one peice pulley or 2? Didnt want to put too much pressure and break some thing with out knowing what I am doing :-)

Do you see anything that looks like a tapered ring
inside the damper? The 674D used this setup.
Only needed a pry bar to remove the damper. The pulley had a dowell pin too, to keep it in time.

Like ya been told clean out the bolt holes and get a bigger puller sometimes there on real tight and it is all my ten ton puller wants .

Need a bearing puller. Clean the holes out in front the pulley and use long bolts to hook it up the puller.

I'm no help.
If you've got it that far down could you just leave the pulley on the end of the crankshaft when you take the caps off the mains?

Can you clean those holes out in front? I think they are treaded and you use a harmonic balancer type puller same as a car engine. Other wise your puller will work if its not the rubber ring harmonic balancer type.
