Which 806 motor gas or diesel? If gas you bet, will need a 560 front timeing case cover with the motor mount that bolts on top of the frame rails of the 560 instead of going throgh the side.2nd will have to change out the oil filter base that bolts to the block use a 560 cast one instead of the 806 aluminum one, you need the clearence for the steering shaft that goes by the block.3rd would be the carb 560 inlet faces back ,806 faces forward might be able to change the throtle shaft around and choke.I think though you could use the dry air cleaner from the 806.I did that on one of my 560 die. used one off of a 706die.with turbo.I put a 301 combine engine in my 460 last year and did what I said above.Like the Vet said need the valve cover changed too.Havent did a diesel yet but will work, have seen a 560 with a 414 bolted in,nothing to major.

Well it will sorta fit but you will have to change a few things , the block is basicly the same head is bacisly the same the ft. timming cover is wider on the 806 the valve cove is taller on the 301 the exhaust pipe is bigger not real sure on the rear engine plate .
