Should be an adaptor gungeon bolted to the underbelly of the tractor and the drawbar pins to it. Is it there?

hello Allan, yes there is a peice bolted to the under belly. It is shaped like a "C" and is bolted to the belly with 3 bolts. WHow do I fasten the draw bar to this. Common sense tells me I must have to remove that peice and attach it with some type of "pin?" to the drawbar and then remount it? Is this correct and what type of pin would it be??

Sounds like you are missing the large pin that pushes up through the bottom of the bracket, through your swinging drawbar and they into the upper section of the bracket. The large pin is held in by a short cap screw and washer that screws into the bottom of the bracket. The pin is solid steel about 1" in diameter by about 4" long. These are not exact measurements only to give you an idea of what sounds like you're missing.

Farmer Bob has it. Do not remove the casting. You need the Pivot Pin as described, and (I think a 3/8 NC X 1-1/4" bolt and a rectangle of mild steel 1"X1-1/2" with a 3/8+ hole in one end to retain the pin from the bottom. (I'd leave it dry to keep from making a lapping compound out of grease and field dirt.)
