Hey old friend are we having fun yet. I took your advice and rebuilt the oil pump on Jr's 400 and boy was the main shaft ever worn. But now she carries 75PSI cold and only drops one line when temp gauge reads run, and had the cylinder redone on the fasthitch, just trying to get the old girl ready for spring. Also how is the leg and the wife/ family. David

Allan- the picture's not real clear on my screen...which one of your guitars do ya have there propping that tire/wheel up?

OK- just kiddin'....figured that'd be a good way to bring up the subject(bragging a bit here!) that I bought myself a nice Martin D-15 for Christmas...now Scotty's thinking he needs one too!

Hope ya get her out of the shop and back to work soon!

Allan, Was this job real hard? I need to do this on my 560. I've never gotten into major work on it but if it's simple enough I may just try doing it myself.

Hi Lance,

Very simple straight ahead job. Just be careful with those wheels/tires not to mention the darned tractor. :>)

Took me 'bout 20 minutes a side.

Allan

Hi Dave,

Glad ya got things goin'! :>)

I'm doin' the same as you; trying to get everything done before spring.

Tonight, I'm taking one more dive back in that Hydro before I give up on 'er. Haven't checked the valve plates yet and I just gotta know how they are before I turn this over to the pro guys.

I've had the oil outta that thing so darned many times that the tractor is startin' to think it is an artesian well. :>)

Thanks fer the hollar and have a good 'un!

Allan
