The C Farmall's could be retrofitted with a water pump. You may need to change to a pressure radiator cap if yours has the therm-siphon system.
What's wrong with the C's block? Hal

the c block has been overhauled at one time and the pistons are domed aluminum with quite a bit of wear and lots of pitting in the sleeves...previous owner left it sit out with no spark plugs or cover over manifold and between water and dirt dobbers it is pretty much gone..also showing copper on the upper rod bearings which have int logo and date of 67 on them..this is a demonstrator tractor so we hate to change blocks but we purchased a 200 with a good running motor and the rearend broke from falling off a trailer in transit..definately cheaper fix to change out engines than spring for a total rebuild..thanks for the help

That engine has wet sleeves and new sleeve and piston kits are available. You can up grade the
the engine to 123cid. I wouldn't get rid of that engine. New bearing inserts are available too. Hal

Why do you have to change the cap when going to a water pump. I know where there are As,Bs and Cs that have had pumps added and work fine and caps are not changed nor the radiators. Have you ran into a problem when going to water pump if so i would like to hear about it. My experience has been that engine temps will run around 150 or so where as normal thermo system will runaround 170.
