Be certain that your battery cables are in excellent shape. The neighbor down the road had an M that wouldn't crank over very fast. After cranking for 5-6 seconds, I felt the batt. cable ends to see if they were warm. The end going to the starter was hot, as well as the end attached to the pushbutton starting switch. These were original cables. I cut off the ends and soldered new terminal lugs onto the cables. The M cranked normally after doing this. Worth a look Maybe ?

I have done all the things on your list! the h cranks slow with a weak spark. I'm thinking of puting a 8v battery and or electronic ignition.I have turned a wrench most of my 60yrs and can't get the 2 hs to start good! Most of the time I just pull them they start right up.

Tha 8v is a good quick fix stay with pos ground and no need to do anything else. This has been done for many many years and it just works. The batts can be found at any CAR QUEST and fit in the original batt boxes just fine.

If they are users, and not lookers, change them to 12v. I like mitsubishi alternators small compact and reasonable cost, internal regulators. They and all alternators (to be found easily) are neg ground.
Bob M has wiring diagrams (see archives).

Putting 5-30 oil in it will also help drastically in cold weather. 15-40 in summer.

Try a higher CCA 6v. battery. 650 or more THey do not usually cause your grief.
Keep us informed on your outcome,
JimN

Though I'm not sure what you have done my list includes:
#1 (or fatter) battery cables
Good plugs
Battery check for weak cell
Good points/condenser (never replace a good condenser, they don't wear, they fail).
correct carb adjustment
Operating choke.
Good luck, JimN
