Never know where you are going to see red. Took the kids out snow tubing and saw this Farmall 300 running the lift rope. Had a spare 300 sitting right there too just incase the 1st went down.
I though the use of a old rear end for the pulley and old front end hubs and wheels for the rope guides was a great idea.

They had some kind of ring around the rope at the end of the lift. You would get drawn into the ring if you got stuck on the rope. I did not notice if the ring some how pulled it out of gear though. Might have
