Alright, my dad and I took the carb for my 300 (row crop)up tp Jewell Implement and had it professionally cleaned, that was $105 out of my pocket. And, it ain't runnin' right! could somebody get me like a picture of what screws are what and how many turns for each one. And another question, when the card frosts up, does it frost up in the area when the screws aren't set right? Thanks

Maybe the problem isn't the carb. What wrong with the way it runs ?

Everytime I think that the carb is loading up or messed up, i.e. not making any power, I put in a new set of points. That usually fixes it....

Carb iceing is normal and is just a fact of life. As far as setting the screws its about 3/4 turn out for the idle jet and 1-1/2 out for the main jet. Those are starting places and you have to adjust them from those points to get them set right. Also are you sure you have it put back on right, it can be a pain getting the gov/carb hooked up correctly.
