A neighbor of mine is repainting his Super C. We are having a problem finding the right paint for the wheels. Can anyone help?

The wheels are the same as the tractor, red.

For the rims, most of the guys use aluminum.

Originaly they wern't painted. But for years people have been doing them with aluminum paint. Cheap and quick. I just splash it on with a brush.

Yep, just plain 'ol aluminum paint, brush it on, wait until it is tacky, and brush on a second coat. If it still doesn't suit you, give it a third coat.

I bought new rims for my 200 and had them hot-dip galvanized. I had to smooth off some of the burrs afterward, but they look good to me. I've heard zinc metalizing would give you a smoother finish. Of course, you have to remove the tires to have the rims dipped.
