Need a quick response. Going to look and maybe buy a 1466. 4800 hr., cab, AC not working. supposedly good TA, rear tires have bad cracks, 3pt, 2 PTOs, nice paint, no dents, seal leaking on steering wheel shaft under console and know nothing else at this point. Owner wants 7500.00. Too High or Not? New rears are 600.00ea. installed.

Looked at a sharp 1066 from a jockey this week, wants $9500, also needs tires. Only puny 34's and one remote but really sharp and good running well cared for tractor.

I could swing the 14 a little easier, don't want the cab and the 10 does not have one.

It would be a better deal for around 5500 and as far as the steering whell leak it probably is just the seal and not a hard fix and about 10or 12 bucks if ya get it i can tell ya how to fix the leak not hard at all.

Mich,

Go get 'er if you have a use for a tractor that big. Saw a 1466 with a loader go for $14,000 here a year ago and it had over 9,000 hours on it.

Size is the thing; that's a big tractor! Make sure she pops right off and that the T/A is good.

Allan
