I Have Heard You Can Buy Used Serial # Plates Off Salvaged Tractors? Have A Friend Who Has A 54 Super H With No Serial Plate And Was Not There When Previous Owner Purchased It Either. Any one Know Where We Might Locate One. I Guess You Could Tell If It Is A 54 Plate By Where Serial Numbers Start And Stop In 54. Thanks For Any Help On This. We Know Its A 54 By The Casting #s And Battery Is Under Seat.

Does your catalog have information on other Farmall tractors? I have a Farmall C that doesn't have a serial number on it. Based on the casting codes and the engine serial number it appears to be an early 1948.

I have been making a list of super H serial numbers for several years now while searching for a consecutive number to any of my super H's. If you get me the motor serial number I can usually get within a couple of numbers of what the tractor was originally.Have about 400 super H's on the list, the more I get info on the closer I can calculate in cases like yours.
My email is unlocked. Pat in Wisc
