Every Farmall I have purchased has needed a new starter. I should just by in bulk.

I swung by NAPA just to check. He can order one for $250.
Seems a bit steep to me. I said gosh its just a c263 same as a 560. He looked and the 560 has a different part number.
What starters will interchange? WHere do you go? any ideas?

Hey Kelly: How's that 706 working out? I remember you telling about it when you bought it. Glenn F.
