Hi, I have a Wagner loader on a farmall Super C. I would like to find a operators manual and service manual for it. A copy of either would be great. Thanks, Terry

Call or email Wagner to see if they have the manuals on your loader. Hal

I called them once and no luck but that looks like a different number than mine. I can easily get by without. Everything looks pretty straight forward. I would like to get an idea on its lift limitations though I think I have enough common sense not to break my tractor with it. Thanks, Terry

I think you will be alright if you use that kind of judgement. They never made anything you couldn't break. Hal

If proper attached and tightened down, I think it will distribute the load nicely. Weakest point will be my wide front end. I have no intention of messing it up. I will use it to landscape my yard and carry stuff around, lift the heavy stuff that my back is tired of lifting, etc. My back will be happier. I seem to need something that can lift from time to time. Probably weld some hooks onto the bucket. I am thinking of making a push blade also for it. One that is at an angle to move snow. I will make it so it can pivote and also put some springs on it in case I catch a snag. That will have to be down the road though. I was working on the attachment points for the new bucket today. They essentially look like large triangles with one side curved to fit the bucket. I will get the cutting torch out and cut them out of 1/4 inch steel. Hope my hands are steady. The guy I bought it from has a wire feed and he said he would weld them on for me. I might need to buy a new front cylinder but not sure yet. Several of my hoses will need to get replaces. I will pull the hydraulic controls sometime and go through them also. I am sure there are probably only o-rings in it. I need to make a clevis pin for it also. Lots of fun. Weather is cold though and it makes things a little slow. Thanks for the assistance, Terry

We made our own hydraulic hoses. We purchased
hydraulic hose that used replaceable fittings and would assemble one when needed. I blew a hydraulic line on a Super C when I finished the
last furrow of plowing. It blew when I went to lift the plow. I made up 2 new lines in at work & replaced both of them. Our local auto parts store will make up new hoses. We're getting a little freezing rain this morning in MD. Hal

In the past, I have had to go to a place called "the house of hose" to have hoses made. Those sort of things can add up quickly on a project like this. But, I plan on having it a long time. Hopefully, I will store it inside next year and it should outlast me. Very cold here, close to the single digits and foggy. Forming this white fuzz on everything. I worked late and it was dark when I headed home. Roads were clear though. Hard to work on my loader when it gets this cold. I will try to cut out the brackets for the new bucket tomorrow. It will be a little slow because of what I have for tools but I will get it done.
