Hi Harley,

I'm in trouble here.

Started off as a simple little "Run 'er in the door and fix the alternator and kick 'er out again" repair.

Then, I just had to have that battery cover from Howard. Well, the darned paint didn't match, so I tried to touch it up a bit, which of course sure as he!! didn't work; one thing is leading to another. I can't stop and I've got this blamed tractor spread out all over the shop.

On top of everything else, the war department just spent five bills on another mare and I can't hold my head up in public. :>(

I think I just gotta keep goin' on this old tractor and I'll talk at ya in the spring when things are better..... :>(

Allen - Don't ya dare dissapear til spring! I been readin' and learnin' right along here and your comments alway make me smile. Also, if that's your shop, I am jealous. Looks like my den. Heck, my shop has overspray, wood burner stains, too many pieces of equipment, etc. We just now got our first snow here in Iowa so you apparently are ahead of us in that department. Don't shove any more eastward!!

Well at least we know you're still alive. Next time tell us when you're going on vacation. Boy, I wish I could go to the shop every day and hide. Too much work outside, and then I started a new project like you, and now me buns 'r gettin cold. Low 30's here today, and not used to that. The 70 is lookiing good though from what we can see. You'll geter. Harley

Hey Allan, it sort of looks like my 544 last winter. It also looks like one heck of a nice shop, big enough to put more than one tractor in. Hang in there.

Come on now Allan, just one tractor in the shop? I have too many in my shop, I can't even get close enough to take pictures.

Hey, Allan, don"t you go leaving us "till spring. Some of us need folks like you to make us feel better about our own problems! LOL :>)
I thought those horse- things were supposed to make more of them on their own so you don"t have to go go out and buy more. Last I checked, if you get two of the right kind of rabbits, you never have to buy another one!

Ya it's not like him to just evaporate. I think they had a big snow out that way last week and he may be covered up with work. Harley
