The problem that we are having is that we keep blowing the o-ring on the hydraulic pump cover. We have installed a 17 gpm pump and also installed a 2000 prv on this tractor. This tractor is equiped with a loader and we also pull and international bailer with a kicker. But the o-ring can blow at any time no equipment has to be hooked up for it to blow.

There is a tephlon O-ring that can be put in that should hold up better. If you need a part # for it I would have to check and get back to you on that.

JJK the part # would sure make it a lot easier the IH dealer that we deal with is not real sure on which o-ring goes in there. Please e-mail the number at your convenience. Thanks Leonard

Leonard,

Overheard a customer with the same problem talking to the guys in at the red shop the other day. Had been replacin' his own pumps and it kept blowing the o-ring.

Red guy told him that it should actually take 2 o-rings instead of just the one?

Dunno if we're talking about the same thing or not,

Allan
