Hi , Is there such a thing ? How is it ID'd ? How much should I expect to pay for one if it work's ? Which month does a X designate ? And finally , how much does it generally cost to rebuild one ? Thanks ....Randy

Yep, went from 500 to 800 PSI. An improvement package (15261-E) was made available to convert the lower pressure units to the higher pressure units. Most lift-alls you find are of the 800 PSI variety. Originally, the high-pressure units had a yellow '8' painted on the outside of the reservoir. For prices, check the usual suppliers - I tend to go with Steel Wheel Ranch - www.steelwheelranch.com. I rebuilt one a few years ago - replaced everything but the drive gear seal and the parts came to about $30. It's not a very involved procedure.

I think after a certian date they had a yellow "8" put on them or something not sure but someone told me that. As for the pressure I think it went from 500lbs to 800lbs?
