Here is the picture of Shawn and his little sister(Sheana) With his new, to him, Farmall C. Motor turns over fine. Checked oil in pan, looks like it hasn't run much since it was changed. Have taken off gas tank, seat, hood and grill. Going to start one of them in electrolysis tank tomorrow. Little sister sure like helping big brother with his tractor. I gave her a socket and ratchet, showed her how to remove few bolts....

Hal tractor belongs to the boy sitting on it, he is handycapped, trying to find something that he can do. Don't think he will ever beable to drive it, but we will see. He has the best help around, little sister!! Gene it does have the 100 inch axels. And 55-60 did come with both carb and air cleaner, but was not attached to tractor. Carb needs to be tanked and rebuilt, but does not have the throttle linkage....Thanks everyone

Looks like a nice tractor to restore. I saw several of them in a lot worst condition when I was looking for a SC. I'm sure you will enjoy the project and will have a great useable tractor when done. Hal

If I'm not mistaken, that's a Super C rather than a C. Looks like about the right gap between the fuel tank and the hydraulic block, whereas C didn't have any gap. Also, the voltage regulator is below the generator. check the Serial No. If its a 6 digit number its a Super. If its a 5 or less it would be a C. Good Luck with it! PS, Hold on to those front wheel weights, they're worth $50 a piece or more. BobG in VA
