OK,I need some advice from you experts. How do you take apart the International carburator via stem nut? I see the ends of this, but do not see a way to remove it without breaking something. How is this removed, and the parts separated??? Thanks

Remove the stem nut and lightly tap on the unit with.. something. The top and bottom will separate. YOu may have to wiggle things a bit to get the vent out of the venturey

I think the hangup here is removing the stem nut itself, how is that done?? I do not see anything get a wrench around.

Neither Ensign or Zenith, it is tagged as an International carburator.
