Looking for Fast Hitch Rocker shaft that goes thro

My Fast Hitch Rocker shaft is cracked inside the arm it's welded to.It's still holding but it flops the lift cylinder aound. I could cut it out an reweld it however to make it stronger they put the 1.25" shaft through the lift arm and welded it on the outside. If I cut it out it will be too short. Any ideas? Thank's DAN

There are a bunch of different systems, we need to know the year/model and maybe the approx production date. to do much helping.

The fast hitch is on a 1953 super C. The part that goes through the seat base.
