I took one of the disk brakes apart on my Super C this summer. Once you have the cover off you should be able to get the pins out for the linkage to the brake pedal. Then everything should slide right off the brake shaft. I just cleaned everything up. Just make sure that all of the brake/disk surfaces are clean and free of oil and rust.

As described, it is not rocket science in there. Clean with Brake-Clean, or other spray solvent. don't breath the dust, it is asbestos laden. lube the three balls in the wedge plates with a -thin- coat of moly anti sieze or silicon grease, not oil.
Use Tri-flow spray on the linkage pivot points, but don't get it on any surfaces. Sanding the friction surfaces will clean them up. sand around and around, not across the surfaces, and evenly.
The little rubber boots on the front keep water out to a degree, but use is the best preservative.
If the friction plates are even half worn compared to new, the brakes may not have enough adjustment to work well. Expect two years or so out of the cleaning.
Been in there a lot.

I suggest you try without any moly or any other kind of lube-just reassemble the plates and balls clean and dry. grease picks up the dust and that makes its own problems.

Dear Kelvin, In some climates dry works. I don't know where this tractor is, but in every midwest location I've been the humidity rusted up the balls, ramps, and pivots to the point of non function. Dust and dirt were secondary considerations. If a thin coat is used it won't migrate, and protects from corrosion.
IMHO.
