Does anyone know what company manufactured this pump or adapter to fit a F-20? The pump case measures the same as a H but the part that bolts to the transmission is all one piece. Dave

This is the IHC version. I have the original owner's manual for the installation.

In the late 1940"s, between high school and the war in Korea, I worked for the home town hardware store which like many such small towns, had a IHC dealership. I have installed several of these pumps on F-20"s and F-30"s. The way I rember it, we used a M Farmall lift all pump, the pump coupler from a M, took a nut off the front of the PTO shaft, and screwed on The coupler nut for a M. We had a bracket made out of angle irons and flat iron, welded together and holes drilled in the proper places. It was the patern. Could not use it or sell it. Made one like it to hang the pump under the belly of the tractor. Sure beat lifting the cultivator with those two levers on the axle housings.

I had a F-20 with the angle iron frame like you described, but on this one the back of the pump is one piece and bolts directly to the transmission with no coupling is showing.

I need to replace the throwout bearing and cannot get to it without removing the pump, and to do that i have to drain the transmission
