I am putting my 39H back on steel. I know it is supposed to be a bolt change to lock out 5th..... which bolt? Thanks

You don't need to worry about the bolt. Your H won't move itself on steel anyway. We used to change back and forth from rubber to steel, narrow steel for cultivating narrow vegetable rows, rubber for tillage. The wheels won't turn with steel in 5th.

But, to answer your question, the bolt is to the left front of the shifter, may be confused with a cover bolt.

It stops the shifter rail from moving so lets see.... 5th is right and down, so that means the far left shifter rail is going forward. Look there and you should be able to figure it out.

Thanks. I'll start twisting things. Have you dried up yet? Looks like your rain is about to get me wet now.

finally quit about dark last night. Foggy this morning. Hayes Center Schools are still closed today but I think they could have gotten by with a late start.
