Does anyone kmow what ball bearing numbers will cross reference to the ones in the steering box on my super A. The bushings and the bearing on the steering shaft are ok. The bushing in the bottom of the housing is also OK it is the top bearing on the sector gear that is bad, The number on the old one looks like IHC C-325. NAPA told me this cross refernced to a 305 bearing but thats way to big. Also has anyone tried a 3 point conversion kit on a super A?

I am considering purchasing a Super A - 1950 for cultivation of small acreage farm and wonder what attachments were made for this tractor. A cultivator comes with it and am interested in other items for plowing and etc or that might hook up to the PTO.

Thanks, Gail Parlatore

Looks like something is mixed up on that bearing number. The parts book shows ST288 or C235.

My cross reference shows ST288 crossing to C325. It also crosses to New Departure 23850D and SKF 85652H.

Those are all pretty old numbers but you should be able to cross one of them into something the right size.
