Farmall B weight

I just purchased my first Farmall, a B. Why, I don't really know, I grew up as a city boy and have always liked the red Farmalls, specifically the B with the offset steering wheel. I found one and purchased it, my wife questioned why because we still live "in the city", but it was not open for discussion. I am going to get it Saturday and am curious what the weight is so I know my trailer will haul it. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

My B weighs 2140 lbs with no wheel weights & no liquid in the tires. Battery & 1/2 tank of gas, but the seat empty.

The rear tires are 78 inches, outside to outside at the ground. You need to allow a full 84 inches for the width at the axles. More if it has wheel weights on the rears.

I haul mine on a 7 foot wide trailer, and it takes up the full width.

1780 pounds was the stated weight on the basic Farmall B. You might want to add a little bit to cover any additions like wheel weights, loaded tires, etc. When I hauled mine home three weeks ago I guessed at 2500 pounds. Used a fairly standard two axle trailer with two ramps that I got from the rent-all place with chains and ratchet binders. Trailer did not have electric brakes but had surge brakes which are a help. Pulled the load with an F-150 and really didn't notice it was back there. Not a monster tractor to haul. I had to measure several trailers before I found one that was the required width between the fenders. Highly recommend the chains and binders...only about $10 to rent if you do not own. Not a big deal. First time I hauled my own tractor and had no problems. Have fun and good luck. Nice tractor, how about a pic?

weight should be in the 2000 to 2500 range. The problem with B's is the width, you need about 81 inches.

Weight wise I am not sure but I also live in town and I have 4 tractors but only 3 at the house. The neighbor hood kid get a kick out of seeing me riding around and they enjoy a ride or 2. I would like to say a B with no wieghts on it should be around 2000lbs give or take a few.
