Does anyone know of a junk yard that might have the power beyond plate or have the instructions on how to make one. thanks

Try Bates Corporation in Indiana, they would probably have a power beyond plate. Their number is 1-800-248-2955.

Yes, absolutely you can. If you can't get a plate anywhere else, you can always go to your local Case New Holland dealer. Preferrably a dealer that used to be an IH dealer. They are not cheap, I believe around $200 if memory serves me right.
