What should water temp be at working/running degrees be? it's a 350 4 cylinder gas ih tractor

It depends on the temperature of your thermostat.
Usually from 180 to 195 degrees. Hal

The hotter the engine runs the better it will
run, but you don't want it too high when you're
using it for heavy work in a very hot environment.

The same would be for your car and truck until you hook a heavy trailer load onto them because you're really working them. Hal
