On a Farmall M, what is the difference between a "M" and a "MV"?

the "V" designation was for vegetable. in the west where crops were irrigated and planted on beds==you needed extra clearance. 19 inches on an H if i remember correctly. the rear drive gears had a drop added to them and the front tire tended to be a 20 inch tire. many had only a single front wheel--tho the H i used had a wide front and many of the others did also.
