A few days back I posted a message about a late H I was getting That was stuck and has sat for 2 years. Its a 52' and when we loaded it up yesterday we used the clutch to stop it because we wasn't sure of the brakes. we unloaded it and we were leaning against it B.S.ing and my step-brother rocked the wheel and the fan turned. we think loading it with the clutch loosened it up. We also found out the guy sprayed PB in the cylinders mabye that helped (and if that did it I'm a fan of it). This was supposed to be a rebuilt engine that was just left sit. Well it turns out it was rebuilt but the valves wasn't set right and one of the push rods popped off the lifter, this we believe is why it was left sit. Set the valves and threw a battery in it and in about 5 revs it was running. I doesn't smoke, even with the 2 year old gas it runs suprisingly good. So in the long run It was worth $600. oh yea brand new front tires and very nice safemarks on rear.

Some guys have all the luck. If you accidently dropped your gun, and it went off, a huge turkey would probably fall off the tree limb above you! Seriously, congratulations.

I'd still fill the cylinder with tranny fluid and let it sit a day or 2. Goes a long ways as far as rust and stuck rings and may save a few $$ down the road
