In case you want to see more photographs, I recently attended the Rock River Thresheree in Edgerton, WI. It is an excellent show with many fine tractors, steamers, demonstrations, and a big flea market. I looked for the older and more unusual items for these photographs. Please copy and paste.....

Pardon me, but isn't that "Treee Wheeled John Deere" picture from the Sycamore Steam Show the "Dain" tractor? I thoiught the only one of these in existance was the one at the JD center in Moline!

 3-wheeler in reply to leon, 09-11-2005 11:50:11
Here is some information I found on the tractor, Leon. Maybe the one in Sycamore is not considered complete. Sure seems to be the same model tractor.
Thanks for bringint up the question.

3-wheeled John Deere in reply to leon, 09-11-2005 11:50:11
I don't know the explanation. That 3-wheeler has been at the Sycamore Show for many years as far as I recall, and it may be permanently stored there in one of the buildings. It would be interesting to know the answer.....
