The B250 Diesel tractor was built at IHC Bradford UK works from 1958 to 1968. It had a three & threeeights bore x four inch stroke indirect diesel engine with glowplug starting. Transmission was eight forward & two reverse gears.Engine driven hyd pump & three point hitch was standard equipment. Livedrive P.T.O. was driven from a dual clutch unit. Hope this helps REGARDS MJ

Day late replying to the question on were to buy headlights. Unfortunetly the UK cant send parts to the USA & Canada because of high insurance costs. The lights are made in the far east anyway.Yesterday (sunday) was spent competing in a ploughing match with my 1955 B250 tractor serial no 549 (49th made) and a IH B12 two bottom 3 point plough & I won my class. Look for Tractor Wreckers in Canada. Thesewere British tractors so many parts are in Canada. And other models probably have same/similar lights.
