1943 Internaional H Hi heard a noise from the transmission area and investigated to find the hyd pump drive shaft had been repalced with a piece of flat stock and welded in place. The weld broke and it is ready to fall out. Can anybody tell me or send me a photo of what the shaft looks like. Thanks

Jack The pump drive is a round shaft with a key machined each end and 2 lives on the shaft. You slide the shaft in place so the keys engage the pump and tranny drives and slide the sleves over the loints and are held in place with 2 gotter pins.
