I have hydraulic quick connects on my loader bucket. When I disconect to do other things I have a terrible job getting it to snap back on. Do I just have a bad connecter or is there a pressure build up somewhere that prevents the connection from snapping together easily?

Eric before disconecting your loader bucket try sutting off the engine and working hydraulic lever to relieve pressure. Might help you hook them back up.

As Allen says also when/if you do that hit the end hard on something and that will release the fluid that is backed up. It makes a mess but it does make it easy to hook them up then

Eric,

You are unhookin' 'em with a load against the silly things. I always make sure that they are "neutraled out" before releasin' 'em.

Allan
