Can someone please tell me an easy way to identify
which engine my 350 gas has?
I was under the impression that all 350 gas rowcroppers had the 175ci and the 169ci was common to the Farmall 300. However, there"s a parts guy at my local Case / IH that says he thinks some 350s had the 169ci engine as well.

Thank you in advance,
"Displaced" in Illinois : )

Hey Guy,

Look at the engine serial number. The 350s had the 175 and was prefaced by I350-. The 300's 169 engine serial number should have been prefaced by I300-.

I have both of those engines and each has it stamped on the left side of the block prefaced with a letter C. My understanding was that all 350 models had the 175 motor. Migraine
