766 power steering quit

after setting up for a spell.. finally replaced the battery and got the 766 running.. but the lift and hydraulics works but NO power steering... is there a priority valve or diverter valve or something else to check? thanks.. bill

My 806 would do the same thing on occasion. After getting over the panic, I found the filter was routinely plugged up. Cleaned the screen, replaced the filter, ran the air out and all was fine.

Wrong system, Bill.

The steering, brakes and T/A work off the front pump, not the rear, so your lift and remotes will work independently of the other stuff.

Front pump priority is: steering, brakes, T/A and lube. If you're missin' 'em all, probably got front pump troubles.
